ใจจริงลานมรกต ก็ใหญ่ดีออกนะครับ แต่ว่าอนาคตก็ต้องอาจจะไปที่ Central Embassy ก็ได้
สถานที่ที่อยากให้ตั้ง ก็อยากให้เป็นสวนสาธารณะ สถานีรถไฟ ที่ทำเลดีๆ และแนะนำว่าให้ทำทั่วประเทศเลยครับ

I don't think Apple will open the Apple store in Thailand. The main reason that they don't wanna invest on our country because politics issues and all the flood problem. Guys think about it. If you were an investor, would you invest money in our country in next 2-3 years. Risky? Of course.

จริงๆที่ประเทศเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางเลยนะถ้าเอาทำเล ส่วนธุรกิจการลงทุนถ้าไม่เกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่คุณพูดโดยตรง แทบไม่มีผลครับ ส่วนน้ำท่วมไม่มีใครชอบให้เกิดซ้ำๆหรอกครับมันเมือนการฆ่าตัวตาย เหมือนไปตั้งที่ญี่ปุ่นแหละ แผ่นดินใหญ่หรือซ฿นามิมาเมื่อใหร่ไม่มีทางรู้ หนักยิ่งกว่าน้ำท่วมอีกนะครับ ทุกที่มีความเสี่ยงหมดแหละครับแค่ว่ามองให้มันใหญ่หรือมองให้มันเล็กครับ
